👋 I’m Emily Hart - English freelance journalist in Colombia since 2019 - I’ve worked for the BBC, New York Times, Sunday Times, Sky News, Pitchfork, etc - plus a whole load of podcasting with Colombia Calling!
In 2020, about a year after I first moved to Colombia, I started doing this weekly news briefing.
Colombia has so many stories to tell - many of which have been (and continue to be) neglected by the international press - and it is a real passion project of mine to find ways for people to get to know this country better.
